PRESENTATION

The Pierre & Vacances Holiday Resort Cap Esterel is in 3 areas:-

• The Village Area:- In the heart of a 9-hole golf course overlooking the Bay of Agay, shaded squares and pleasant gardens with small streets, boutiques and restaurants.
  Possible to choose a sea view.
• The Hamlet Area:- Located between Le Dramont beach and the Estate centre, the Hamlet is the quietest area. The majority of the apartments have a sea view.
  The houses, placed side by side, have, as well as traditional Mediterranean architecture and style, a private garden giving this neighbourhood its residential character.
• The Lakeside Area:- Apartments are located beneath the Hamlet, on the Estate’s outskirts and along the lakeside. The small Provencal-style buildings are located in landscaped surroundings. The village centre can be reached on foot (12 minutes) or on a small train.

WATER SPORTS CENTRES

In the Village Area:-

• Swimming pool with 380 m2 capacity (27 m X 18 m); Open, heated and supervised throughout the season, with a fully equipped beach. Oval shaped, 1.25 to 3 m deep.
• Play pool with 1,100 m2 capacity; whirlpools, fountains, wave machines, water slides, diving area. Non-heated. Open and supervised from 09/04 to 15/10/06. Round shaped, 3 m deep. Paddling pool.
• At the poolside, deckchairs free subject to availability.
• A paying « Private Beach », for Pierre & Vacances customers who would like a service for their comfort: with deckchairs, sun loungers, table and parasols.

In the Hamlet Area:-

• Swimming pool measuring 455 m2 open from 09/04 to 17/09/06. Non-supervised.
  Polygonal shaped – depth is from 0.60 to 2 m – Dimensions are 26 m X 17.5 m. Paddling pool.
• 2 children’s fun pools, 1 of which is exclusively for toddlers (reserved for the children’s clubs when they are open), open from 18/06 to 17/09/06. Supervised.
  1 is rectangular shaped (17 m X 12 m) and 1.10 m deep.
  1 is rectangular shaped (20 m X 11 m) and 0.80 to 1.10 m deep.
  Accessories: 2 water slides.
• At the poolside, deckchairs free subject to availability.
• A paying « Private Beach », for Pierre & Vacances customers who would like a service for their comfort: with deckchairs, sun loungers, table and parasols.

In the Lakeside Area:-

• Small, overflowing, non-heated pool overlooking the lake, open from 21/05 to 17/09/06.

BAY OF AGAY:- 1 km of sand beach with water sports. (Public beach)

LE DRAMONT BEACH:- Approximately 700 m of public, pebble beach accessible on foot (located 1.5 km from the village centre).

LAKES. 2 lakes situated between Le Dramont beach and the Hamlet area, of which 1 laid out as a leisure centre (with contribution).
