Lery Poses Golf Course6168 metres Par 72 Location - South of Rouen, Normandy Designed along the Seine Estuary, the Lery Poses Golf Course is not considered a difficult course and is open to any golfer to enjoy. This course suites most players with a total length of 6168m. The brilliant architect H.J Baker designed this success, and there is no shortage of surprises. For example, the first hole is a very difficult Par 5 and even if one reaches the green in 3, with its undulating shape, you possibly wont get the par. There is a water hazard on the 2nd and then there are four easier holes, except when it's windy. The next holes are another matter. The 18th can be tricky, a long drive to start with, a second shot above water, between the trees and towards a high built green. The first nine holes end with a difficult Par 5, in a straight drive and a narrow tree lined fairway. The longer hitters will enjoy themselves here as long as they are straight because slices are lost on the 18th. Slightly hilly, Lery Poses Golf Course isn't exhausting and to this comfort is added by its general good quality.
