La Bretesche Golf CourseLocation - Southern Brittany Par 72, 6330 yards This is an excellent golf course to play when on holiday. It is not too difficult and is very pretty with wonderful views of the chateau. This is all about "a good walk not being spoiled" with lush fairways, lovely mature parkland views and a few ego-boosting birdie opportunities. This golf course has always been a favourite in the area and is always well maintained. The park's surroundings are pretty and the castle is appealing to both French and foreigners, who see this as representing a typical picture of France. While it is difficult to underline any one surprising aspect of the La Bretesche Golf Course, excepting the usual boomerang hole by architect Bill Baker (the 16th), the pleasure of playing here on a well-manicured course is obvious. The holes are pleasantly laid out, and the greens and bunkers are none too difficult and are reasonably well protected. All in all this gives a course without too much danger, which is fun to play with all the family and players of almost every ability, especially since the whole complex is a very slick affair. A legend in French golf. The closing holes will stay with you long after the last putt. To Book anything from a single Tee Time to a complete golfing holiday package please contact us Golf
