Dinard Golf Course Brittany France.18 holes 5227 metres Par 68 Dinard Golf Club opened in 1887, and the famous Willie Dunn originally designed this excellent course, but it has been restyled so many times over the years that only about ten holes have preserved their special Scottish flavour. However they alone are enough to make Dinard a course worth knowing. The length may appear derisory by today's standards, even as a par 68, but when the wind howls, it feels and plays much longer. Only one par 5 provides a real birdie chance, elsewhere difficulties are often small and well defended, thus calling for extreme precision. Dinard is certainly an entertaining course with a great sporting atmosphere. Golfers of all levels also can play here. Many families of great Parisian golfers have been coming here for years. The watering of the fairways has improved the maintenance during summer months. The view over the sea is magnificent whatever the weather, and these splendid views make this short but beautiful golf course worth playing. It also boasts being the second oldest golf course in France. To Book anything from a single Tee Time to a complete golfing holiday package please contact us Golf
