The residence has a magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, open from May/June until the end of September weather permitting. The pool area has a terrace for sunbathing. A reception, laundry facilities and free car park are also at your disposal.

There are 30 villas, each with terrace and garden, most at the edge of the golf course, and 31 apartments with either terrace or balcony and access to the garden.
