To the south of Brussels near a small town called Wavre (Wavre was one of the staging places for Napoleon and his army prior to Waterloo), you will find the Chateau de la Bawette golf club. It is an international standard course, set on a 250 acre estate surrounding a very charming family castle.

The club offers two complementary courses, 'Le Parc' which is an 18 hole par 72 course stretching over meadows and wooded valleys, complete with lakes and streams. 'Le Champs' is a nine hole par 33 course located entirely on the flat, and is thus better suited to beginners.

The imposingly large, pleasant clubhouse is modern in style, and offers a splendid view of part of the course and the lakes.

Facilities at the Golf du Chateau de la Bawette include: Pro-shop, driving range, putting green.
